TARILIO offers advanced information retrieval. It operates in Search Mode or AI Mode.

Search Mode

Designed to quickly access information from a wide range of local and remote data sources, in any language.

No ‘blind’ searching. Advanced word list displays all the words, with word count, in your documents. Numbers and letters separated by punctuation are correctly displayed, for example complete IP4 addresses and sums of money appear in the word list unbroken, as do possessive apostrophes (e.g. Charles’s flight) and contractions (e.g. d’un).

Plugin architecture to expand search to external data sources such as Amazon S3, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.

Typical usage include searching case law, product catalogues, legal precedents, manufacturers parts lists, academic literature, project documents, translation, investigative journalism, OSINT, source code, knowledge-management & research in many domains.

AI Mode

TARILIO can import GGUF quantized LLMs from Hugging Face, run them locally on a laptop or PC with consumer grade GPU (or even a CPU).
Includes Local Server to run LLMs over a network with TARILIO clients on other machines. You can also migrate models downloaded by LM Studio.
You can set up multiple connections to online AI services such as Perplexity, OpenAI, OpenRouter as well as multiple local LLMs.
Export/import system prompts to a shared folder.
Export/import conversations (chats) in a searchable format to study later or share with others on the network.
Handles multiple attachments in formats not supported by other AI chatbots (e.g. ePub).
